Below is a selection of testimonials from previous trainees:

'You did ignite my passion for bartending and it's become my chosen career and I absolutely love making cocktails and tbh favourite cocktail to make is a bloody Mary cause it's the first one you ever taught me and I ever perfected under your guidance and I really wouldn't be where I am right now if it wasn't for you.'

'What can I say?
Neil has such a passion for everything bar related. And it is so clear to see when you work alongside with him. He thrives in the bar atmosphere. With such a huge amount of knowledge and experience in the bar world, Neil teaches and trains you up to be an authentic bartender!

His training-
Informal but informative.
Fun. Creative.
The best tips and tricks to be more efficient bartender.
Right down to the small quirks that make the difference when it comes to presentation.'

'I’ve never met a person more in love with the art of mixology. From classics fo the obscure he has taught me a lot about what makes a good drink. He told me that the little things matter the most, and end up making the biggest impact, and how true that is. #GarnishGameStrong #BigIceCubes #HomemadeSyrups #Dehydration'

'Neil was the first person to teach me the ropes of not only bartending but hospitality in general. I found his positive and kind demeanour to be helpful during the early stages of my initiation into the high-stress environment of a busy restaurant and bar. Always helpful and encouraging, Neil is a great teacher for all things hospitality!'

Before I met Neil, I had been making drinks in bars for ten years. When I met Neil and started training under him I learned to bartend. Not only is he easily the most patient mentor I’ve ever had, but now, thanks to training under him, he is one of my warmest, kindest friends. I moved from working in old men pubs to high-end cocktail bars, and supervisory and management positions, along with being confident enough to even enter competitions. Breaking everything down systematically, he also managed to teach and encourage a creative flair. I can’t thank Neil enough for the skills I’ve learned.
