Bars, Beers, Battlestar Galactica

There’s going to be a lot of Office references in here, fair warning. I’ve been toying with the idea of writing something for ages, and there’s a couple of ideas and projects I’ve been dipping my feet into, but one I’m most excited about is this. I’m hoping to share some of my passion for Bartending, talk about the practice, cocktails, sharing experiences, recipes, thoughts and rants in a hope to start building a resource and community to share ideas and support those in the trade and those curious about entering it. There’ll be a lot of musical rants, tv rants, movie rants- basically, there’ll be a lot of rants. I’m very prone to them and tend to go off on sideways rants too, so consider yourself warned.

Oh, there’ll be Buffy related rants too.
